Abstract

原发性双侧乳腺癌是乳腺癌中的一种特殊类型,DNA突变分析和基因组学研究认为,部分原癌基因、抑癌基因如p53、ATM、c-erb-B2和RAD51中的特异性点突变、错配修复基因变异导致的高度微卫星序列不稳定特别是BAT-26位点微卫星序列的复制错误、CHEK2基因的多态性表达与双侧乳腺癌的发生有密切关系.虽然双侧乳腺癌发病的分子一致性已有研究初步证明,但要将这些分子水平的研究结果应用于临床仍需有更多的实验证实。
