Abstract
With the increase in the operating life of SF6 gas insulation equipment, the issues of excessive SF6 micro-water content, its excessive decomposition products, and its decreased purity have serious repercussions for safe and stable equipment operation. The conventional treatment is affected by the power outage and cannot completely eliminate the deficiencies. A set of the SF6 online dialysis device that can be operated without power failure needs designing and processing to realize online purification of micro-water with ultra-standard SF6 gas and impurity gases in it; when the high-voltage equipment leaks and cannot be powered off, this device can automatically control the air supply to ensure the safe equipment operation and earn time for subsequent repairs. The lightweight design and self-loading and unloading configuration of this device can satisfy the needs of special operating environments and sites.
