Abstract
Simple, sensitive and reliable spectro-chemometric, Chemometric and thin layer chromatography (TLC)-densitometric methods were developed for simultaneous determination of binary mixture of timolol (TIM) and travoprost (TRA) without prior separation in their bulk drugs and dosage forms. The speectro-chemometric methods used are derivative spectrophotometry and isosbestic point methods.
