Abstract
By theoretical design and practical making, this paper analyzes and studies frontier defence government affair system. It discusses the designing idea in the system, as well as establishment of database structure, main modules establishment in application program, difficulties and solutions in development and performance test of Military Intranet. In test results, the operation effect in system is obvious and the generated program interface can effectively satisfy army requirement with fast retrieval, convenient search, high reliability, large storage, good security and high information utilization. The system greatly improves the efficiency of personnel management, optimizes manpower and materials resources and provides personnel affair in army with assistance.
