Abstract
Abstract According to the problem of special environment and field work of coal underground mining equipment, design a kind of device which used to record the operating parameters of coal underground mining equipment, analyze the design ideas of this device, introduce the structure of hardware and software based on embedded system, and design the storage solutions and the outside circuit. This device is used to collect and store the operating parameters of motor, hydraulic, machinery components, and deal with a variety of mining equipment operating parameters with programming of VC+Matlab, and the result plays back clearly, research about motor power and vibration load by the methods of time and frequency domain analysis, provides reliable basis for maintenance and management of mining equipment.
