Abstract

In order to solve the problems of single function, inconvenient operation and insufficient information fusion of the measurement software while drilling in coal mine, the author has developed the software of measurement while drilling (MWD) and drilling data processing by Using C # language and SQLServer database. The software has three function modules, such as MWD, drilling data processing, drilling machine monitoring and diagnosis, which can realize the data analysis of the probe, the real-time measurement of the borehole trajectory, the depth mining of the borehole trajectory data, and Real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of drilling rig status. The data integration of the three modules can simplify the operation of the constructors, help the constructors to master the construction information more comprehensively and make the corresponding decisions in time. The field test proves that the software of MWD and data processing is stable, accurate, comprehensive and easy to operate, which provides technical support for the optimization of directional drilling construction.
