Abstract

Medical data has the characteristics of "wide" range, "wide" content, and "poor" quality. This paper takes Zhongshan People's Hospital as a case study, aims to build a standard and expandable business application scenario for data governance under the framework of artificial intelligence medical big data. Based on Kubernetes cluster architecture, we built a PostgreSQL database, set up a data governance platform, designed an automatic standardized governance model for medical terms, established data quality and security mechanisms, and built an application system. As a result, it can support the rapid development and expansion of the electronic medical record system, medical quality management, operation analysis, and scientific research special disease database application. In conclusion, we need to build a clinical business application system and operation analysis platform under the framework of artificial intelligence medical big data, so as to improve management efficiency, support innovation of medical data application, realize intelligent clinical diagnosis and treatment, refine operation management and clinical research analysis, and enhance quality and efficiency of the hospital.
