Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the small electric nursing instrument smearing liquid Chinese medicine for preventing pressure sores.Methods One hundred patients whose pressure sores score (range from 12 to 14 ) from Shuguang hospital were involved in this study.They were divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group received common nursing while the experimental group adopted the instrument combined with basic nursing.The incidence rate of pressure sore and the self-made measuring scale of skin' s comfort in two groups were evaluated.Results The incidence rate of pressure sore and the effective prevention rate is 0,100.0％ in experimental group and 8.0％ and 92.0％ in control group,respectively ( x2 =4.17,P ＜ 0.05 ).The skin' s comfort in the experimental group is 100.0％ while it is higher (66.0％) in the control group(x2 =20.48,P＜0.05).Conclusions The instrument can be used to prevent pressure sores effectively and improve the degree of skin's comfort.
