Abstract
A new study published in a special issue of Education Sciences by Elena De Prada, Mercedes Mareque, and Margarita Pino‐Juste finds that there is a “relationship between teamwork skills and the successful development of self‐esteem.” Researchers determined that leadership skills aren’t necessarily innate, and can be taught, especially when group work is closely managed. The study's subjects were social science students.
