Abstract

Vinh University is currently applying the form of training under CDIO approach, which requires students’ self-study and teamwork skills. This study aims to examine how the students at Vinh University have applied their teamwork skill in their learning under CDIO approach, and which measures should be taken to foster their teamwork skill. Based on the theoretical framework of CDIO approach training, a survey of graduates in 3 courses was conducted to assess the effectiveness of students’ teamwork activities and difficulties they had when doing teamwork. The results are considered as a basis to propose some measures for schools, lecturers and students to promote and practice teamwork skills for learners.
