Abstract
The article discusses the importance of developing soft skills for personal growth and professional development of secondary vocational education teachers.Based on the analysis of the results of monitoring studies, the need to transform the approaches for training teachers of the regional secondary vocational education system is confirmed for organizing effective work and fruitful interaction of all subjects of educational relations.
