Abstract

This study aims to design an innovative service system for the sociopreneurship (Social Entrepreneurship) business incubator by integrating several selected features of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as a supporting tool in managing business incubators. The expected goal of this research is to provide a business development template in accordance with the needs of the community by obtaining appropriate business incubator services and programs. Finally, the end of this research is the availability of service strategy documents based on the ITIL framework, including KPIs that can be used to measure the achievement of the development of the implementation of the service strategy based on the synchronization of IT Service Package Development with the organization's vision and mission.
