Abstract

Art entrepreneurship is a complex and subjective matter. The definition of entrepreneurship is to achieve profitable outcomes. Previous studies have raised doubts and lack of clear explanation on the art and entrepreneurship. Artists state that they are experts in the field of art but lack skills in business. Therefore, education in the art of entrepreneurship will enable them to apply it to their business. The researcher uses the observation method in order to be able to examine to obtain the results of the study. Based on the objective, the aim is to identify that a company managed by individuals without formal backgrounds in photography and art can advance the company and gain a place in the Malaysian industry. However, a clear definition of entrepreneurship and art is not found, making it difficult to provide clear theories of entrepreneurship education. Therefore, this study finds that art commercial photography is essential and can provide clear opportunities. Samples can be taken to observe a company that provides services in the field of art photography, capable of overcoming the challenges faced in this field. The observation is carried out by observing how they manage the company systematically, even though they do not have a specific background in photography. The results of this study can provide insights on how photography companies can be well-organized and operate effectively.
