Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 4/8/2016 This study explored the effects of participation in service learning on professional competency skills of occupational therapy students. Results indicated improvements in perceptions of competency skills and perceived learning outcomes when engaged in planning, implementing, and evaluating community-based programs.
