Abstract

A physico-mathematical model allowing predictions of propagation of clouds of hazardous gases in the atmosphere appearing after gas releases through gas vent stacks is developed. Results of calculations carried out with the use of the developed model are compared versus available experimental data. For allowing urgent predictions of gas propagations, nomograms are developed using results of the carried out numerical calculations.
