Abstract
The effect of the composition of polymer coatings based on aromatic polyamide (phenilone) on their adhesion, as well as physicomechanical and tribological characteristics, is studied. Optimum concentrations of the additives are determined, which makes it possible to produce the coatings with high characteristics. A three-component phenilone-based coating with additives of fine fillers and an organosilicon modifier is developed. The proposed compositions makes it possible to substantially enhance the tribological characteristics and produce materials capable of operating under both lubricated and dry conditions, which can be used instead of expensive nonferrous metals and alloys.
