Abstract
This study aims to develop an innovative model of environmental integration learning in boosting cognitive flexibility. The research method used a Research & Development with the Dick and Carey development model. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. There are two groups of teachers. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and t-test to verify product differences and effectiveness. The output is in the form of teaching materials for environmental education learning strategies. Results showed that there was a very significant difference between the post-pre-test treatment score 19.68, higher than the post-pre-test score of the control 9,12. There was an increase in teachers' cognitive flexibility about environmental integration learning effectively and significantly after reading the teaching materials.
