Abstract
Climate change has triggered a series of natural disasters. In order to achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to construct climate resilient city. It is good for city to improve the ability to deal with climate change from vulnerable perspective. Just take Ningbo city for an example, according to local climate change and the characteristics of natural disaster, the proposals about planning climate resilient city and constructing disaster prevention and mitigation system are put forward.
