Abstract

The water supply pipe network security issue is the safety of drinking water problem of urban residents faced the basic problem, in order to quantitatively study the safety of urban water supply pipe network level. Using the improved AHP built determination matrix and determined the weight of each index, using multi-level fuzzy assessment method to evaluate the water supply pipe network security level. Under the MATLAB7.1 software and combined of these two methods, compiled and established of an intelligent fuzzy safety assessment system. Through the establishment of a good fuzzy safety assessment system evaluated security of Qingdao urban water supply pipes sections, the final assessment results for “safer”, which will provide a reasonable and accurate decision-making for this area water supply network management and maintenance in the future.
