Abstract
The object is researching the validity and reliability of confirmatory factor analysis to evaluate the condition of work-related stress in civil airport personnel. Using the scale as a tool, the scales construct validity and reliability was estimated by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis . Exploratory factor analysis made the scale of nine factors, and every factor had reasonable explanation (KMO value was 0.818, explanatory total variance was 74.834% ). Employing confirmatory factor analysis showed that the goodness of fit is very accurate and the variables are divided into nine dimensions reasonable, and also consistent with the purpose and realities of building the scale. It is the effective way to combine confirmatory factor analysis with exploratory factor analysis to estimate the scale's construct validity and reliability.
