Abstract

The effective methods of structural parametric synthesis of the selective invariant electromechanical systems were developed. They are used to compensate load moment harmonic disturbances of the electric drive taking into consideration the specific influences of the elastic kinematic units of the mechanical system, such as the descriptive differential equations order increase, the intensification of the object states interrelationship, the occurrence of the latent mechanical resonances etc. The synthesis is carried out by the modal methods based on combination of different principals of the automatic control theory. One of the key factors for maintaining the working capacity and the effectiveness of the created systems is the application and development of the reduction regulators principle based on the control object physical specific features analysis and the extension of the “short time constant” concept. The obtained results reflect the level of the total specified requirements complex fulfilment bring into sharp focus primary virtues and flaws of each selective invariant electromechanical systems with elastic mechanical units modification and simplify to the design engineers the structural optimization problem solution according to the chosen compromises scheme.
