Abstract
This study aimed to develop an E-report System for Complaint Management at Catholic University of St. Thomas using the Prototyping Method. The system includes a mobile Android app, enabling users to submit and track complaints on-the-go. The system's four phases are requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing. The system provides a user-friendly interface for submitting and tracking complaints, features a dashboard for administrators, and offers push notifications. The study used a structured and iterative approach, resulting in a cost-effective solution that meets stakeholder needs.
