Abstract
Low efficiency of the logistics service has made economic growth pay a high logistics cost and caused a lot of negative impact in China. The design of eco-logistics service network has attracted growing attention with the stringent pressures from environmental and social requirements. In practice, decisions about eco-logistics service network configurations are influenced by many factors and may also vary over time. This paper proposes Logistic Growth Equation Model to cope with such issues, considering industrial ecology as a novel and distinct state in the evolution of production. The important measure of the construction to eco-logistics service system is the establishment of symbiotic logistics network in eco-efficiency. A theory is presented to demonstrate the developed mechanism of modern eco-logistics industry and measures to establish the modern eco-logistics industry are proposed.
