Abstract

Although radiation therapy (RT) has a well-established role in the treatment of GBM, debates persists over the proper dose to the contrast-enhancing lesion (CEL) and non-enhancing lesion (NEL). The NEL and CEL are viewed as homogenous structures for RT planning but heterogeneity within lesions may benefit from dose painting. While we previously identified physiologic and metabolic imaging parameters associated with regions of progression, in this analysis we use these parameters to determine which voxels respond to RT.
