Determining The Role and Development Policy of the Collective Economic Sector In The Socialist-Oriented Market Economy Of Vietnam

Abstract

Together with the state economic component, the collective economic component "becomes the foundation of the national economy". This is an important economic component in contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of its members, reducing social divisions, etc. is the goal that the Communist Party of Vietnam aims to build socialism in order to make "the people rich, the country strong, democratic social, fair and civilized". However, in the process of building and developing Vietnam's socialist-oriented market economy, sometimes the role of this economic sector has not been clearly defined. This study focuses on analyzing the current situation of this economic sector in Vietnam's national economy, and the opinion of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the role of the collective economic sector, thereby proposing solutions to further develop the collective economic sector in the future.
