Abstract

This article discusses methods of determining the coordinates and angular position of an object in the presence and absence of contact with the object. The methods are based on measurement of the components of magnetic induction at chosen points in space and measurement of absolute values of magnetic flux density. The induction is created by sources that form a variable magnetic field.
