Abstract

There is in the presented paper shown a classification of rotary-disc mixers by various constructive and technological features. Also it is shown that mixers with fixed additional elements on discs are mostly widespread. A wear of additional work elements leads to decrease of efficiency of mixing and quality of the final product. The use of the photometric method of analysis of an emulsion allows to determine main parameters of the emulsion quickly and with sufficient accuracy. Having compared get results with the base results we can determine a degree of wear of working elements of the device.
