Abstract

An optical scheme of a device for determining the temperature dependence of the surface concentration of molecules in an adsorbed film is described. The temperature dependence of the surface concentration of molecules in the adsorbed layer of chromium hexacarbonyl is obtained. The measurements were carried out using an SF-56 spectrophotometer and an optical cell. The optical cell makes it possible to increase the "conditional" thickness of the investigated layer of the substance, and thus measure the value of the absorption coefficient.
