Abstract
The work is devoted to the conversion of solar energy into electrical energy, as well as to improving the efficiency of its conversion. The question of mathematical modeling of the characteristics of a solar cell is considered. A method for calculating one of the parameters of solar cells based on their volt-ampere characteristic is proposed. In this case, an approximation of the volt-ampere characteristic of the solar cell is used.
