Abstract
Using an electrical probe method, measurements of O 2 plasma electron temperature and density distributions along the axial line in an axial-flow reactor have been made. The results show that the electron temperature distribution does not change and the electron density distribution changes significantly along the axis, but they both change with discharge current and gas pressure. These results are in good agreement with theoretical analysis.
