Abstract

We justify the choice of the modes of heat treatment of composite electrolytic coatings based on nickel with nanoparticles of BN and a TiN + Si3N4 mixture. The results of regression analysis and experimental investigations of redistribution of the components in annealed coatings form a basis for the construction of nomograms aimed at the rapid determination of the optimal modes of heat treatment of composite electrolytic coatings. On the basis of the results of thermodynamic analysis, we determine the equilibrium temperatures of annealing of the specimens with investigated coatings in a vacuum.
