Abstract

For the reaction μ-+ p → n + ν the results of possible experimental observations including the neutron polarization have been calculated on the basis of the two-component neutrino theory. In the nonrelativistic approximation these observations overdetermine the coupling constants, but relativistic effects, which are included in the calculation, are quite important for certain values of the coupling constants.
