Based on the analysis of regulatory documentation and documentary data, a structural-logical and mathematical model for determining the cost of restoration of buildings and structures that have suffered damage and destruction (according to the consolidated approach).
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by its resolution [1] approved the procedure for determining the mechanism of operational response of executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils, military administrations, central executive bodies, governing bodies and civil defense forces, aimed at eliminating the consequences of armed aggression with damage to buildings and structures in areas where active phases of hostilities are absent or completed. Restoration of life in these areas involves determining the extent of destruction, inspection of damaged objects and determine the cost of their restoration.

The purpose of this article is to develop a structural-logical and mathematical model for determining the cost of restoration of buildings and structures that have suffered damage and destruction (according to the consolidated approach).
Research methods are based on the use of systems analysis, general scientific empirical (observation, description) and theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis).
