Abstract

This article compares the results of drying red and green bell peppers in solar dryers based on polyethylene ceramic composite and traditional solar dryers made of polyethylene film. In particular, samples with a height of 5 mm and 10 mm were analyzed. As a result, the influence of the ability of pulsed energy of the infrared spectrum generated by the composite to penetrate into the product on efficiency was determined. It has been established that red bell peppers are effective up to 3% and green bell peppers up to 10%.
