Abstract

The residues of seven sulfur-containing organophosphorus pesticides,including diazinon,parathion-methyl,chlorpyriphos,fenitrothion,malathion,ethylparathion and fenthion,in 239 domestic and 49 imported tobacco leaf samples and 12 imported cigarette samples were determined by GC/FPD.The results showed that: 1) in domestic tobacco leaf samples,the detection rates of fenitrothion,malathion,ethylparathion or fenthion were from 0.8% to 2.9%,no diazinon,parathion-methyl or chlorpyriphos was detected;and 2) in imported tobacco leaf and cigarette samples,none of the 7 pesticides was detected.
