Abstract

The application of angle-resolved uv photoelectron spectroscopy using synchrotron radiation to determine molecular structure and orientation on solid surfaces is illustrated on ordered molecular overlayers on the Pd(110) surface. The discussion extends from relatively simple model molecules to more complex organic systems.
