Abstract An electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS‐MS) method was developed for the analysis of selected phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE‐5) inhibitors, namely, sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil in pharmaceutical preparations and adulterated herbal products.
