Abstract
The article considers the main methodological methods of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of psychotropic drugs. Analytical methods that allow performing these studies have been described. It has been given the interpretation, examples and brief results of two studies of TDM of antipsychotic drugs made in FSBSI “Mental Health Research Center” and Psychiatric hospital No.14 in Moscow.

Summary
The article considers the main methodological methods of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of psychotropic drugs. Терапевтический лекарственный мониторинг психотропных средств предназначен для установления соответствия их концентрации в крови пациентов терапевтическому диапазону и выработки рекомендаций по коррекции режима дозирования. Методика включает количественное определение антипсихотиков (АП) в сыворотке/плазме крови и мониторинг их концентрации в ходе лечения. В течение многих лет, с тех пор как появилась возможность измерения концентрации ПП в крови, одним из эффективных средств коррекции лекарственной терапии является терапевтический лекарственный мониторинг (ТЛМ) [1, 2, 3, 4].
