Abstract

Based on the analysis of the range of existing varieties of aviation protective equipment for military personnel of the armies of the world, the expediency of using a tactical vest with a set of equipment bags has been confirmed. Based on the developed requirements for a tactical vest with a set of bags, a negative impact on the textile materials from which the products are made according to the results of operation was established. Varieties of systems for attaching equipment to the product have been analyzed, a modular system has been selected for connecting bags with a vest as the most functional and ergonomic. Based on the analysis of the range of modern textile wear-resistant materials presented on the Ukrainian market, samples were selected for further research. The expediency of conducting experimental studies to determine the predicted quality has been substantiated. The article presents the results of experimental research carried out in an accredited analytical research laboratory to determine the dependence of linear elongation on breaking load of wear- resistant textile materials based on polyester and polyamide fibers for the manufacture of a tactical vest with a set of bags for military aviation pilots.
