Abstract

Simple TLC systems capable of separating the most important fractions of the radiopharmaceuticals 99mTcMAG3, 99mTcMDP, 99mTcDPD and 99mTcHM-PAO were developed for measurements of radiochemical purity. Silica gel or cellulose layers were used for chromatography and the radioactivity distribution in the developed radiochromatograms was obtained with a TLC linear analyser. The chromatographic procedures proposed are suitable also for studies of kinetic instability.
