Abstract

In this work, methods for determining the radiochemical purity and specific activity of the radionuclide lutetium-177 in the form of chloride are considered. These indicators were determined by thin layer and paper chromatography. As a mobile phase in TLC, a solution of sodium citrate with a concentration of 0.1 mol/l was used, and in paper chromatography a 10% solution of ammonium acetate and methanol in a phase ratio of 1:1; and NH4OH:CH3OH:H2O in a phase ratio of 0.4:2:4.
