Abstract ABSTRACT The paper presents the mixed operation principle piston-cylinder dead-weight manometer for pressures up to lGPa, consisting of two identical units for precise determination of effective area by comparative methods. Both the theoretical method of calculation and the procedure of experimental determination of effective area have been presented.
