Data analysis was carried out with three processes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the obstacle in the implementation of OSH at the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital so that it has implications for work accidents is the implementation of OSH that has not been implemented properly by the management in terms of the implementation of the OSH program that is not on target, lack of supervision by management, evaluation of every activity that has not been carried out optimally as well as unsafe attitudes/actions of the workforce such as working not in accordance with SOPs and not using Personal Protective Equipment when working.
