Abstract

Road cargo transportation is a complex system that depends on thousands of factors and hundreds of different indicators. In permafrost regions, the timely delivery of cargo, goods, food, etc. can significantly improve the quality of life and possibly save lives. However, the delivery time depends not only on the performance of a driver and vehicle or weather conditions but also on the proper operation of terminal and warehouse complexes. This study is concerned with the analysis of their most important performance indicators. With proper analysis of these criteria, it becomes possible to determine potential increases in the production load in specific areas of complex’s operation in advance.
