Abstract

Background: Parkinson's disease is a chronic disease, as a result of which neurons of the brain are destroyed and die. The main signs of the disease: trembling of hands, slowness of movement, stiffness, pain, disturbances of motor dynamics and psyche. The disease leads to disability, leaving complete clarity of consciousness. Practically in every patient suffering from PD, in the clinical picture there are non-motor symptoms (NMS). Studies show that, on average, most patients have 8-12 NMSs.
