Abstract
ObjectiveA graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method was developed for detecting lead in serum.MethodsSamples were automatically introduced and matrix modifiers were added.Samples were detected without being digested.ResultsWith experimental condition optimizing, detection limit was 4.60×10-12A/ng.The ranges of lead was 10-30μg/L,the recovery rate was 95.87%-105.41%.ConclusionThe method was reliable, fast and sensitivity. It was an ideal method to detect lead in serum.
