Abstract
Recently Siddiqi [6] gave a criterion for summability of the sequence {C keikx} whereC k denote the Fourier-Stieltjes coefficients of function of bounded variation only. In this paper we extend his results to the strictly larger classV p. In this way we not only extend the classical theorem of Fejer [2] on determination of jump of function of bounded variation but we also extend the classical theorem of Wiener [7] to the strictly larger classV p.
