Abstract
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定肝复乐胶囊中橙皮苷的含量.方法 色谱柱为Hypersil BDSC18柱(4.6×200mm,5 μm),流动相为三乙胺磷酸溶液-乙腈(82:18),流速1.0 ml·min-1,在284nm的波长处检测.结果 橙皮苷线性范围在0.02～002 μg,r=0.9999(n=5),回收率为97.0%,RSD=1.4%(n=6).结论 高效液相色谱法测定肝复乐胶囊中橙皮苷含量,方法简便快速、准确,适合肝复乐胶囊的质量控制。
