Abstract

Studies on the separation of catecholamine racemates by chiral ligand exchange chromatography (CLEC) on a new chemically bonded chiral phase are described. The stationary phase consists of a silica support to which l(+)-tartaric acid as chiral component is bonded via 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-propylamine.
