Abstract

This paper first uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the impact of Saihanba on the environment quantitatively. Then, we determine the locations needed to build ecological protection zones in China. It is necessary to analyze the impact indicators such as energy consumption, the CO2 emissions of each city, and forest coverage; and it can be easily solved through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and clustering. Moreover, we also use the K-means clustering models to determine the ecological protection zones in need in Pakistan with the air quality index (AQI) of different cities. This will illustrate the generality and effectiveness of applying this environmental assessment method to different countries and cities in different countries. The final results show that the environmental analysis of each country or city by the method can effectively establish ecological protection areas in the corresponding regions.
